Job Summary:
Reports to and works with APM or PM to learn required skills for construction management
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Submittals
- RFI’s
- purchase orders
- field coordination
- meeting minutes
- estimating (bid setup, bid solicitation, bid qualification)
- site visits/QC and supervision
- project closeout documentation
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Currently enrolled in college or university 4 year program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
Education and Experience:
- Currently enrolled in college or university 4 year program
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for a prolonged period.
