Job Description

The primary function of the Property Compliance Coordinator is to aid in the management of the day to day HOA compliance.

  • HOA compliance, to include; city code, federal compliance, etc.
  • Relationship building with external HOA management and City Code Inspectors
  • Accounts payable to include; HOA assessments, HOA fines, etc.,
  • Work order management to include; Work order follow up and closeout and vendor payments
  • Accounts receivable to include; Resident charge backs and collections follow up
  • Liaison between field employees and external HOA management
  • Process HOA violations using Tripod and Yardi

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the HOA process
  • Have some understanding of Federal Housing Rules and Regulations
  • Organized and excellent follow through
  • Ability to handle conflict with discretion and seek positive outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Professional demeanor

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • Strong computer skills
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and be flexible in an ever-changing environment

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
