Join PEMCCO as a Project Engineer/Technical Analyst, where you’ll support the integration of engineering, design, and construction data into CPM schedules, risk analyses, and cost controls. Essential Functions
- Coordinate work‑breakdown structure (WBS) alignment between design and construction teams.
- Validate design deliverables for milestone consistency and scope completeness.
- Support schedule risk modeling, float path analysis, and logic validation.
- Manage change‑order and scope‑change tracking logs.
- Assist in preparing design coordination and submittal schedules.
Competencies
- Strong understanding of engineering design processes and construction sequencing.
- Analytical ability to interpret technical drawings and integrate them into CPM schedules.
- Effective communicator across multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 – 8 years of project engineering or technical analysis experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- EIT or PE license.
- Experience with risk and schedule correlation using Acumen Risk or similar tools.

Compensation
• $95 – $120 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
