The role you will contribute:

Responsible for serving as the candidate liaison for preboarding. This position ensures that information and records collected and processed during the selection and preboarding process are accurate and compliant with policy, state, and federal regulations. This role also verifies credentials, maintains records, communicates candidate status, and creates a positive experience for new and existing hires.

 

The value you will bring to the team:

  • Manages the candidate preboarding process post offer acceptance, ensuring completion of pre-employment compliance documentation.
  • Communicates effectively with Talent Acquisition recruiters, leaders, and facility HR on candidate status.
  • Audits candidate records to ensure the integrity of job data, position attributes, pay rates, incentives, and prior employment history.
  • Reviews licenses, certifications, education, and job-specific regulatory requirements to ensure candidates meet job descriptions before third-party verification.
  • Guides candidates through the preboarding process with clear communication, addressing barriers respectfully while maintaining service standards.
  • Provides candidates with job-specific guidelines, incentive agreements, and state-specific forms.
  • Performs primary source verification on licenses and certifications, validating employment eligibility with state regulatory bodies.
  • Uploads required documents to the Document Management System, ensuring the employee file is accurate and complete.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·         1+ Work Experience

·         Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally, with all levels of staff, including management and director levels, as well as external contacts

·         Ability to conduct oneself professionally, maintaining confidence and confidentiality

·         Ability to research primary source documentation to discern validity

·         Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite), attention to detail and ability to focus on and complete assignments in a timely manner

·         Self-motivated with good organizational and analytical skills

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Associate Degree

·         Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
