OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. At OMG23, we have the privilege of partnering with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of its integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry’s most iconic brands. Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. THE JOB 

OMG23 is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the team. This position facilitates production between the clients, design agencies and media partners  

to ensure timely and accurate execution of our digital ad campaigns. Ideal candidates will have 1+years of experience working in Digital Media or Digital Publishing. 

Responsibilities include:  

  • Communicating creative needs to Disney Digital Marketing teams and their selected creative agencies 
    • Review and send documents that define scope of work 
    • Schedule campaign kick-off meetings/calls 
    • Lead weekly creative status calls 
    • Distribute production timelines and make adjustments as needed 
    • Provide status updates and escalate issues to the Supervisor   
  • Processing and routing creative assets (key art, images, logos, fonts, videos, music etc.) 
    • Download files and maintain internal server organization 
    • Upload files to FTPs and communicate clear brand guidelines to media partners creating custom ads 
    • Prepare creative trafficking instructions for internal Ad Operations team 
  • Maintaining quality control of display and video creative  
    • Review test pages and mocks before routing to Disney for approval 
    • Check ads in live environments and communicate launch updates to clients 
    • Compile screenshots of all ads 
    • Troubleshoot any functionality issues and solicit help from Ad Ops when needed 
  • Sharing creative insights during cross-functional meetings  
    • Advise on creative feasibility when evaluating new media opportunities 
    • Review media performance reports and suggest creative optimizations 
    • Participate in marketing brainstorms  

YOU

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 1+ years of experience in Media Planning, Digital Production/Project Management or AdOps 
  • Proficient in Excel and Adobe Photoshop 
  • Experience and knowledge working with IAB standard banner sizes and 1st and 3rd party tags 
  • Detail-oriented  
    • Highly organized, you keep a thorough to-do list and often impress others with your organization  
    • Extremely detail-oriented, you can’t help but notice typos and grammatical errors in everyday situations  
    • You always double-check your work and take pride in accurate deliverables  
  • Clear and concise communicator   
    • Can translate abstract concepts/feedback into step-by-step instructions    
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
    • Ability to sift through hordes of emails and extract the most urgent action items  
    • Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings 
    • Confidently lead status calls and meetings with clients  
    • Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely  
  • Adaptable, resourceful and solution-focused  
    • Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment 
    • Ability to multitask and adjust priorities to meet deadlines  
    • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking  
    • Willing to work late/odd hours when needed  
    • You put the clients first and will go the extra mile to streamline their workflow  
  • Entertainment and content junkie

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range
$60,000$69,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
