- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions for outreach and facilities management.
- Manage data migration, integration, and system configuration.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
- Train users and create documentation.
- Monitor system performance, implement security controls, and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
- Hybrid - office 3 days per week
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Experience with Salesforce customization, data migration, and integration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
