Pediatric Dental Assistant – Part-Time (with Full-Time Potential!)

Location: Issaquah, WA
Compensation: $28–$31 per hour, depending on experience

Love working with kids and creating positive dental experiences? Cascadia Kids Dentistry in Issaquah, WA is looking for a part-time Pediatric Dental Assistant (about 16 hours per week) to join our fun, supportive, and compassionate team!

If you’re open to traveling between our Issaquah, Kent, and Maple Valley locations, we can offer full-time hours (32–40 per week) and even more opportunity for growth within our modern, family-focused practice.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist our doctors in providing gentle, quality pediatric care

• Help children feel comfortable and confident during their visits

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterilization standards

• Educate patients and families on good oral hygiene habits

You will be required to possess the following:

• Active Washington State Dental Assistant License

• Pediatric experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person

• Positive attitude, reliability, and genuine care for children

• Willingness to travel to Kent and Maple Valley if seeking full-time hours
