The Reimbursement/Compliance Director reports to the Chief Financial Officer and oversees revenue and billing processes including continuous improvement and best practices for the billing department and reimbursement model. Provides training and education for the employees under their direct supervision. The position is responsible for ensuring contract fulfillment through key performance indicators (KPI’s) including regular and ongoing reporting. Reimbursement/Compliance Director seeks award opportunities, submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with any awards granted. This position will collaborate with all departments throughout the organization.
Education: Master’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Health Care Information, or related field
Experience: Five (5) years of progressive experience in Health care Management and supervision desired
Licenses: As required by degree or affiliation.
First shift, full time, M-F 8a-5p
Salary based on experience.
