We’re looking for energetic, safety-minded individuals who love working outdoors and take pride in a job well done. Experience is great — but not required! If you’re passionate and ready to learn, we’ll train you and provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you thrive.

🎄 What You’ll Do:

• Bring joy to residential and commercial properties by installing beautiful holiday lights and décor

• Use ladders safely to hang decorations and light displays

• Deliver outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving on-site concerns

• Spot opportunities to upsell additional services and help grow our client base

• Work outdoors with a team that feels like family

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Must have: experience pulling a 20-ft trailer

• Plus, one or more of the following:

  • Christmas décor installation experience

  • Tree-climbing experience

  • Roofing experience

• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

• 21 years or older (required to drive company vehicles)

• Committed to safety and teamwork

• Positive, reliable, and customer-focused

• Able to work in various weather conditions and tackle challenges with a smile

💰 Pay & Benefits:

• $18.00–$20.00/hour, depending on experience
