Job Overview

Compensation: $75,000 – $78,000 (based on experience)
Schedule:

• Before Thanksgiving: Standard full-time hours (days may vary)
   
• After Thanksgiving: 7 days a week through peak production season (mid-December)

Position Overview

The Seasonal Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations on the plant floor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety during peak demand. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals
   
• Plan, assign, and monitor workflow during extended shifts and weekend operations
   
• Coach and motivate team members, ensuring consistent performance and attendance
   
• Coordinate with maintenance, HR, and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
   
• Track production metrics and report performance to management
   
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, print production, or related industry
   
• Proven ability to manage teams during high-volume periods
   
• Strong organizational and communication skills
   
• Ability to work long hours and weekends during the peak season
   
• Hands-on leadership style — willing to be present on the production floor
