Position Overview
Position Title: Marketing & Social Media Strategist Intern
Location:HQ
Type: Paid Internship | Remote
Reports To: CRO
Bring our story to life across digital platforms by crafting, curating, and analyzing content that builds community, celebrates our culture, and strengthens our brand identity.
Responsibilities
Brand Storytelling & Strategy
- Create engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
- Research audience insights and trends
Creative Development
- Design visuals, Reels, and short videos using Canva or Adobe tools
- Support photoshoots, jobsite visits, and brand storytelling moments
- Partner with HR and Marketing for internal culture campaigns
Analytics & Growth
- Track engagement metrics and compile performance insights
- Suggest optimizations for content reach and engagement
- Learn how brand voice and analytics come together for growth
Learning Objectives- Develop a strong portfolio of real brand content
- Gain hands-on experience managing campaigns and analytics
- Strengthen creative confidence and professional storytelling skills
Qualifications- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business program
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe, or social media scheduling tools
- Passion for storytelling, people, and community impact
- Bonus: Interest in real estate, home design, or branding
