The HR Business Partner proactively partners with, coaches, and supports business leaders in building and implementing talent strategies. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner supports organization change efforts and assists in the areas of employee relations, talent development and succession planning, identifying and onboarding new employees, and serving as a key resource for employees and leaders at all levels in the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary contact for employees at varying levels of the organization.
- Participates in the creation of policies, processes, and procedures across the HR department to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Helps to create and define structure around new positions including compensation analysis and competency development.
- Proactively assesses team and manager development needs, makes recommendations, and implements appropriate solutions.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws related to all HR matters.
- Maintains accurate employee records leveraging HRIS.
- Assists in crafting and communicating the strategy behind the implementation of various HR programs including open enrollment, self-service capabilities, wellness programs, annual performance reviews, etc.
- Leads HR projects of varying size and scope that may span across HR and/or the business.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years working as a generalist in Human Resources.
- Extensive knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including HR regulations and compliance.
- Ability to think strategically and handle difficult and complex issues with experience assessing risk relative to the business.
- Demonstrates project management and change management experience.
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
- Self-starter with the ability to react quickly and creatively to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Skilled in employee relations with demonstrated ability to partner and influence at all levels in the business, building relationships across teams.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get into the trenches and help out.
- HR experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred.

This is an in-office position located at company headquarters in West Bend, WI.

Target salary range $80,000 - $95,000 based on experience. This role is also bonus-eligible for company incentive plan.
