Essential Functions:

• Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of OhioGuidestone every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.

• Support strategic planning processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute annual strategic initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, analyze relevant strategic initiatives, and measure performance against strategic plan goals.
• Build financial models and analysis to assess the viability and profitability of new business opportunities.
• Partner with Finance to develop enhanced analysis and reporting to provide insights that support strategic decision-making, drive growth, and enhance profitability.
• Recommend business process improvements to drive efficiencies.
• Serve as an internal consultant for key business leaders, gather data, and support execution of strategic business projects.
• Support strategic projects and prepare presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
• Demonstrate positive leadership, promote a team-based work environment and a culture of belonging.
• Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic financial analysis, model building, and business planning; experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and model complex data from various sources; proficiency in financial modeling and operational metrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and good professional judgment.
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to effectively engage and support senior leadership across various departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Possess a valid Ohio Driver’s License with a safe driving record and valid insurance.
