Sales Strategy Consultant
Job Description:
General Summary:
Centific is seeking a Sales Strategy Consultant to assess, strengthen, and optimize our company partnership strategy. This role will lead the evaluation of Centific’s current Go-To-Market (GTM) and Co-Sell alignment, deliver actionable recommendations, and enable Sales and Delivery teams to accelerate marketplace engagement and co-sell readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Audit & Recommendations:
- Review Centific’s existing company partnership, GTM alliance setup, and marketplace engagement.
- Assess Co-Sell readiness, Marketplace listings, and alliance positioning.
- Deliver a comprehensive GTM Assessment & CY2026 Recommendation Report with prioritized next steps.
- Sales & Marketplace Roadmap Proposal:
- Define actions to strengthen Centific’s Azure Marketplace presence, including IP product listings and Marketplace sales volume growth.
- Identify and prioritize offerings for company seller engagement and Co-Selcol readiness.
- Develop a Co-Sell & Marketplace Roadmap outlining short-term and long-term strategic actions.
- Sell-With Program Training & Enablement:
- Design and deliver training sessions for Sales and Delivery teams focused on company’s “Sell-With” motion.
- Cover best practices in Co-Sell process, Marketplace engagement, GTM collaboration, and alignment with company field teams.
- Provide supporting materials, including a training summary deck and enablement resource checklist.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in partnership management, GTM strategy, or Cloud alliance development (preferably with Azure).
- Strong understanding of company’s Co-Sell program, Marketplace ecosystem, and partner GTM frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate strategic insights into executable business roadmaps.
- Experience leading enablement or training sessions for sales and delivery organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Location: Redmond, WA
Rate: $150 per hr
