Part-Time Driver

Grand Villa of Deland is seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Driver to support our residents by providing safe and courteous transportation within the community. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' daily lives while working in a supportive and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport residents to doctor appointments, grocery stores, and other community venues in a timely and safe manner

- Assist residents with boarding and alighting from vehicles as needed

- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during transportation

- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle

- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices

- Communicate effectively with residents and staff to coordinate transportation schedules

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Prior experience in driving or transportation preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to assist residents with mobility and provide compassionate service

- Dependable, punctual, and responsible

- Knowledge of local area and community routes

- Ability to work flexible hours on a part-time basis
