Description
BrightOps is looking to find a motivated, talented Project Manager to join our team! We are looking for a team member who is comfortable working on roofs, someone who has basic computer knowledge, has good communication skills. Solar experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Safe Travel & Professional Conduct: Arrive on time and be fully prepared. Always maintaining a professional appearance and character on all job sites and with all customers and including maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Customer Introduction: Greet the customer professionally, introduce yourself, explain the service process, and answer any initial questions.
- Project & Operations Management: Ensure timely progression of projects, including upgrades, prep work, subcontractor coordination, and additional field work. Assist in guiding and supporting technicians throughout project execution. Coordinate scheduling and manage updates through Google Calendar. Update and maintain accurate project information within the CRM system
- Communication & Coordination: Maintain regular, professional communication with field technicians and account management. Serve as a point of contact for customer communication, ensuring timely and professional responses. Act as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE where applicable and awareness of surroundings, ensure knowledge and comfort with OSHA safety standards, and strict adherence to company safety policies. Ensuring work is performed in accordance with Environmental and Safety requirements.
- Work Conditions & Weight Requirements: (If Applicable) Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold), comfortably lift 20 lbs. and must be comfortable driving long distances.
- Use of Company Vehicle: Must have a valid driver's License at all times, maintain a well-organized company vehicle.
