Maintenance HVAC at HumanGood

Maintenance Technician/HVAC performs skilled and semi-skilled work in the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment; performs HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work.  As a representative and team member of the environmental services department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction. 

This is a Full Time Benefited position

Shift: Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM

Pay: $33.76

A day in the life might include:

• planning, scheduling, participating in, and inspecting the work of outside contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, and safeguarding of buildings and Community
• may be on call in case of an emergency

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• 5+ years of previous experience in building maintenance or construction, electrical system, control, generators, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
• Certification, license or equivalent as required under state and/or local regulation to operate or repair certain equipment in a technical field such as HVAC, building trades or building utilities program preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current & valid Drivers’ License and driving record free of major infractions
• Availability that includes evenings and some weekends
