Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: starting at $21.00 - $23.00/ hour
- Shift Differential - weekday nights $1.00/ hour; weekend nights $2.00/ hour

Position Summary:
Behavioral Health Technicians at Unison Health’s Children’s Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to youth in a safe, structured, and supportive home-like setting. They assist with daily living skills, lead activities, and promote emotional growth while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each child’s success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
Build positive, supportive relationships with youth
Assist with daily living skills, meals, hygiene, chores, and recreation
Lead and participate in structured activities and learning opportunities
Document progress, behaviors, and interactions
Use trauma-informed approaches, de-escalation techniques, and crisis interventions when needed
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe, supportive environment
Education & Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license & insurable (if driving required)
CPR & CPI certification within 90 days of hire
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children succeed
