The Company You’ll Join: It is our mission to create an exceptional firm that betters the world of work. Veris Insights is a recruiting intelligence and analytics firm dedicated to helping University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition leaders attract, engage, and recruit top talent.

Through research, analytics, and leader-focused programs, we provide actionable insights, cutting-edge tools, and collaborative experiences. We advise and support 250+ Fortune 1000 companies on their hardest recruiting issues – diversity and inclusion, recruiting events, candidate preferences, competitor practices…etc.

We are a values-driven company, and member value is paramount. Simultaneously, we seek to build a remarkable company ourselves. We practice what we study and dedicate ourselves to creating a welcoming home for exceptionally talented people.

The Role We’re Looking to Fill:  As Veris Insights accelerates its growth, we’re seeking a dynamic, strategic leader to own the next chapter of our go-to-market expansion. This role sits at the heart of our growth engine—responsible for driving pipeline generation, optimizing our sales motion, and scaling a world-class Growth Development (GDA) function.

You'll report directly to our Chief Growth Officer, partnering closely with leaders across Account Advising, Marketing, Service, and Partnerships to align strategy, execution, and outcomes.

We're looking for a commercially minded builder and visionary leader—someone who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments and is energized by designing new strategies, breaking records, and developing the next generation of commercial talent. This isn’t about following a playbook; it’s about writing the next one.

Who You Are: You’re a strategic, people-centered growth leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. You lead with empathy and integrity, inspire excellence in others, and take full ownership for results. You bring both a builder’s mindset and a coach’s heart—energized by the challenge of developing talent, refining systems, and pushing boundaries to achieve record-breaking outcomes.

Strategic & Driven: You pair vision with execution—able to diagnose challenges, design elegant solutions, and drive measurable impact.
Collaborative & Insightful: You build trusted partnerships across Growth, Marketing, and RevOps, aligning strategy and systems to generate opportunity and value.
Innovative & Adaptive: You rethink traditional growth models, leveraging data, creativity, and experimentation to elevate quality over volume.
Coaching-Oriented: You take pride in developing early-career professionals, fostering accountability, curiosity, and confidence.
Operationally Excellent: You bring deep familiarity with CRM and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) and uphold high standards of data integrity and process design.
Communicative & Influential: You articulate ideas with clarity and conviction—whether coaching a teammate, aligning a cross-functional initiative, or connecting with the market.
