About the Role
The Senior Corporate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating corporate marketing projects from planning to execution and performance reporting. This role ensures timely delivery, strategic alignment, and seamless cross-team collaboration. Strong project management, marketing tool proficiency, and effective communication are essential for success.
Requirements
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and stakeholder updates to ensure seamless execution.
- Keep the project management system organized and up-to-date to track and prioritize project progress effectively.
Content & Asset Management
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution.
- Edit and support asset creation for brand consistency.
- Assist with press release and blog content creation and distribution.
- Create and distribute a weekly newsletter.
- Draft and schedule social media posts, primarily for LinkedIn.
- Build, refine, and deploy email campaigns via Mailchimp.
- Coordinate award submissions.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track key marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
Additional Support
- Support trade show and event logistics.
- Upload trade show leads into Salesforce.
- Assist with various marketing tasks as needed.
Skills
- 2 - 4 years of marketing experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and Keynote; familiarity with Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, and Salesforce is a plus.
