Senior Director, Career and Community Access at House of Possibilities (HOPe)

House of Possibilities (HOPe) seeks an experienced Senior Director of Career & Community Access Programs (CCAP), Community Based Day Supports Programs, to provide strategic and operational leadership across all CCAP sites (Easton, Boston, Brockton and future locations). Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Senior Director ensures high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and full regulatory compliance with DDS and related oversight bodies. This role bridges strategic execution with day-to-day performance - aligning programs with HOPe's mission, enhancing participant outcomes, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusion.

The Senior Director leads, manages, and holds accountable all CCAP Directors and serves as the primary liaison with state agencies, partner organizations, and the COO on program operations, outcomes and continuous improvement.

HOPe is looking for a candidate with a high level of energy, a passion for HOPe's mission and a proven track record leading programming in human service organizations serving individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in human services, with at least 3 years supervising multi-site programs. This leader will have a strong understanding of DDS regulations, ISP processes, and HCSIS reporting systems. Essential skills include the ability to manage budgets, contract utilization, and financial targets. This role requires excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
