**Position is on-site in Irving, TX, Monday - Friday, with possibility of being remote**
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will serve as the email specialist for multiple hunting, fishing, and outdoor industry brands within GSM Outdoors’ portfolio. This role specializes in email and automation strategy (Klaviyo), building and sending high-performing campaigns and flows that drive user engagement and eCommerce growth across several of our brands (Stealth Cam, DeerCast, Muddy Outdoors, Hawk Hunting, and HuntStand). This role also supports website management across WordPress and BigCommerce, ensuring that product pages, promotions, and content remain accurate, up to date, and conversion-ready.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for key hunting, fishing, and outdoor lifestyle brands within GSM’s portfolio
- Manage and optimize segmentation, deliverability, and testing to improve engagement
- Build, QA, and send email campaigns in Klaviyo, including copywriting, image editing, and basic HTML work
- Maintain and expand automated lifecycle flows that drive performance and retention
- Analyze results against KPIs and provide actionable reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent branding, timely execution, and content accuracy
- Update WordPress and BigCommerce sites by adding products and keeping content accurate
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs (segmentation, automations, deliverability, testing, and reporting).
- Ability to update and maintain WordPress and BigCommerce websites; Elementor experience a plus.
- Intermediate design skills for email and web templates; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for light template edits.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to brand tone, detail, and quality control.
- Experience tracking results via UTMs, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with mobile app and subscription marketing preferred.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field or at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of or previous experience in the Hunting, Fishing and Outdoors industry is an asset.
- Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo preferred
- Knowledge of AppsFlyer, Firebase, Apple Search Ads, and Google UAC a plus.
