Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in business process redesign, management consulting, business strategy, or similar.
  • Experience working on transformational initiatives or AI initiatives with quantifiable business impact.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a Management, Technical or Engineering field.
  • Experience working with scaled business development or partnerships organizations.
  • Experience leading and executing strategic and operational initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and define a path forward.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment among stakeholders.
  • Passion for AI.

About the job

In this role, you will partner directly with the Global Partnerships Leadership team to find solutions to problems. You will drive strategy initiatives that cut across Global Partnerships (GP) and across Google to help advance execution and decision making at the leadership level. The AI for GP (AI4GP) program led by Global Partnerships Transformation, aims to improve Global Partnerships velocity and impact through the development of transformational AI solutioning.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate a strategy for leveraging AI to achieve Global Partnerships business goals.
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases and opportunities that cut across Global Partnerships business functions.
  • Drive alignment among a set of stakeholders with performing objectives on AI initiatives.
  • Orchestrate the development of solutions across business and technology teams while aligning Google’s enterprise AI capabilities with Global Partnerships objectives and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates to Global Partnerships leadership, highlighting key decisions, blockers, and actions to resolve.
