Monarch Investment & Management Group—one of the top 10 multifamily owners in the U.S.—is expanding in Birmingham and hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our winning team!
💰 What We Offer
- $25–$30/hour based on experience
- Quarterly bonuses up to $750 + $100 per on-call rotation

🔧 Your Day-to-Day
- Complete work orders and apartment turns
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification a plus)
- Maintain property grounds and perform preventative maintenance
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
👷 What You Bring
- Previous maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and hands-on work ethic
- Ability to work Monday – Friday 8AM to 5 PM and On-Call 1 Week, Every 3 Weeks
