Le poste sera rattaché au département des Opérations Globales des Matériels Roulants et Composants (RSC), dans l’équipe « Intégration des Processus et Outils Smart Ops ».
Cette équipe est responsable de la définition et du déploiement des méthodes et outils pour le personnel opérationnel, dans le cadre de l’industrialisation des produits ainsi que de la planification et de l’exécution de l’ensemble de la chaîne d’approvisionnement.

En tant que membre de l’équipe Digital Ops Backbone, votre mission principale sera de soutenir les équipes Supply Chain et Planification dans le déploiement des processus et outils standards sur les sites, en cohérence avec les programmes de transformation digitale d’Alstom.
Votre contribution en structuration de projet, méthodologie et facilitation portera sur les axes suivants :

Accompagnement sur les feuilles de route de déploiement des nouveaux programmes digitaux Supply Chain (MPS, MPC, etc.)

• Fournir des lignes directrices sur l’approche de déploiement des programmes
• Soutenir la définition du plan projet lorsque nécessaire
• Apporter un appui méthodologique au projet

Soutien à l’exécution et au suivi des projets

• Participer à la gouvernance des projets existants et assurer la visibilité sur leur avancement
• Contribuer à l’identification des risques liés aux projets
• Recommander des actions appropriées pour maîtriser les risques
• Remonter les alertes lorsque nécessaire

Facilitation entre IS&T et les piliers Supply Chain pour la définition des feuilles de route métiers

• Appuyer la définition des feuilles de route à long terme en tenant compte des priorités métiers
• Participer aux revues des chartes de programme
• Proposer et soutenir la mise en œuvre d’initiatives de suivi d’usage et d’appropriation pour mesurer la valeur apportée

Assurer la synchronisation sur les sujets digitaux intégrés entre les opérations RSC : industrialisation, supply chain et fabrication

• Contribuer à l’élaboration de la feuille de route des solutions en identifiant les interfaces avec les autres programmes
• Identifier les interdépendances fonctionnelles et projets avec les domaines Backbone RSC Ops et les programmes de transformation
• Participer aux revues régulières d’usage et d’appropriation
• Accompagner la transition du pilote vers la feuille de route

Compétences requises

• Solide connaissance en gestion de projet, notamment dans le contexte Supply Chain/ERP
• Expérience dans des programmes de transformation globale, en tant que prestataire ou client
• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, en communication et en présentation. Vous êtes orienté résultats, curieux et créatif
• Leadership affirmé et orientation forte vers la création de valeur business
• Maîtrise de l’anglais, autonomie dans un environnement international, et motivation à relever les défis du nouvel Alstom

The position will be running under the Rolling Stock and Components (RSC) Global Operations department “Smart Ops Process & Tools integration”. The team is in charge of the definition and deployment of methods & tools for our operational staff in Industrialization of our products along with the planning and execution of the full Supply Chain.

As a member of Digital Ops Backbone Team, your main mission will be to support Supply Chain & Planning teams into deploying std. processes & tools on sites in coherency with our Core Digital Transformation Programs. Your assistance in terms of project structuration, methodology and facilitation will be on the below main areas:

Provide guidance on Deployment roadmaps for new Supply Chain Digital Programs (MPS, MPC,…)

• Provide guidelines on Program deployment approach

• Support project plan definition when appropriate

• Support project from a methodology perspective

Support Project execution and follow-up

• Participate to existing project governance  and retrieve visibility on the project progress

• Participate to the identification of project related risks

• Recommend appropriate actions to control the risks

• Escalate when appropriate

Act as a facilitator between IS&T and Supply Chain Pillars for the definition of the domain roadmaps

• Support the definition of the Long term domain roadmaps taking into account the Métier priorities

• Assist to Program charters reviews

• Propose & support the implementation of usage and appropriation monitoring initiatives to measure brought value

Ensure synchronization on Digital Integrated topics among RSC Ops on industrialization, supply chain and manufacturing

• Contribute to the development of a solution roadmap while identifying interfaces with other programs .

• Identify Project and functional interdependencies with RSC Ops Backbone Domains and Transformation programs

• Participate in regular usage and appropriation review

• Support Transition from Pilot to Roadmap

Required skills

• Solid knowledge on project management, especially in Supply Chain/ERP context

• Worked on Global Transformation Programs either as a service provider or as a customer

• Strong written, communication, and presentation skills. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity

• Very strong leadership and are business value oriented

• Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
