•Responsibility for all issues relating to Health & Safety and the Environment during shift
•Support colleagues through excellent communication and active leadership
•Ensure co-ordination and handover management between shifts

•Deliver consistent service levels seeking to exceed customer expectations
•Effective leadership, management and communication with all warehouse departments

•Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
