Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, providing accurate advice on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintaining all employee information/updates with 100% accuracy to feed into monthly payroll
- Support and coach managers on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, and absence management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and ensure HR policies reflect current legislation.
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that reflect the agency’s values and creative culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support HR reporting and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Assist in the review and improvement of HR processes and systems.
Skills and Experience
- 3 years’ experience plus in a similar HR role, ideally within a creative, media, or PR environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law (or relevant local legislation).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — approachable, empathetic, and professional.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
