Business Administration – Team Lead | Norwich | 30 hours per week | 4 days a week | Tuesday - Friday | Office Hours | 

Spire Norwich Hospital is seeking a proactive and motivated Business Administration – Team Lead to join our Business Administration department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for organisation, leadership, and customer service to play a key role in ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties and responsibilities:

As the Team Lead, you will:

  • Oversee and maintain hospital administrative processes in line with Spire procedures.
  • Lead and support the Business Administration team with visible, motivational leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing, cashiering, and financial reconciliations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and shared services to resolve billing issues.
  • Manage vendor debt and coordinate payment requests, consultant fees, and patient refunds.
  • Ensure the department is appropriately staffed and operating effectively.

Who we're looking for:

  • Strong numeracy and Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a concern for high standards.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and work collaboratively.

Desirable Experience:

  • Accounts payable and purchase ledger experience.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes.
