You’ll be responsible for designing and executing strategies to collect, analyze, and translate data into actionable recommendations, empowering informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.


 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with global management, country and customer engagement teams, data scientists and country leadership to identify high-value opportunities where data insights within C2I space can drive measurable business outcomes. 

  • Build and execute a comprehensive strategy for data collection, governance, and utilization. 

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to visualize performance and enable data-driven decision-making. 

  • Track and monitor KPIs for current and future value cases, ensuring transparency and accountability. 

  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to management based on data insights. 

  • Translate complex data into business-relevant narratives to influence strategic decisions. 

  • Drive continuous improvement by embedding insights and analytics into operational and strategic planning. 

 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in analytics, insights, or strategy roles, ideally within multinational or complex organizational environments. 

  • Deep understanding of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and Vistex highly valued. 

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. 

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights, driving measurable impact across functions. 

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.  

  • A strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing and learning hands-on, bridging business and IT perspectives. 

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
