We are looking for a

Working Student (m/f/d) - Project Management (AI Initiatives) to join our team at our Berlin, Münster, or Verl locations to build the next generation of fintech.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Assisting the project team in successfully driving AI initiatives in customer service.
• Support execution and tracking of AI initiatives in customer service withing defined project timelines. 
• Assist in maintaining the AI roadmap and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, business teams, and leadership to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project updates.
• Conduct market research to analyze AI trends and their potential business impact.
• Benchmark competitor AI adoption and use cases for strategic insights.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve project management efficiency.
• Support AI governance framework development to ensure compliance and best practices.

What you bring on the journey: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics or a related business field (with interest in AI); alternativeley, programs in Data Science, Computer Science, or Project Management with a strong business orientation. 
• Passionate about AI, digital transformation and inital understanding of AI concepts. 
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and first on-the-job experiences.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English & German.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Celonis).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and AI ethics considerations.
• Previous experience in AI projects, consulting, or business transformation.
