For our Global Graduate Programme, we are looking for you – A proactive and innovative thinker, a team player and creative problem-solver with a global mindset, ready to take ownership of your career path, starting by February 2026!
Our 24-month Global Graduate Programme offers a unique and personalized journey within Global Operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience through high-impact projects, benefit from exposure to top management, and receive dedicated mentorship from a senior leader who will support your development every step of the way.
What you can look forward to
During your Global Graduate Programme:
- You will dive into different functions and areas within Global Operations (GO), such as GO Strategy, our Production Sites, the Site Controlling, Supply Chain Excellence, Procurement, or many more areas of Global Operations and learn about our operating model and key processes
- Your projects and tasks will be diverse and mostly with global impact and you will have plenty of chances to present your results to the senior leaders of Global Operations. Project examples can be the creation of a dashboard with a productivity analysis for all production sites as part of your rotation in Global Operations Strategy or the identification of areas and reasons for scrap losses within the production site and the transfer of dashboards from Qlik to PowerBI during a rotation in the Aachen Site Controlling team
- You will actively work on your development and your own career path, while being guided and supported by your mentor
- You will participate in global trainings for all graduates as well as customized ones per individual programme
- Additionally, you will be part of our Global Graduate Network

- An excellent degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business & Management with the focus in Operations, Production & Automation, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field of studies
- First professional experience in operations or in a pharmaceutical company (e.g. through internships) with continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication, intercultural and social skills as well as an enthusiastic can-do attitude and the drive to shape your processes every day
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in English
