We are currently looking for a Cloud Security Specialist to join our R&D Department in Chiasso (CH).

Reporting to the Cloud Security Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, compliance, and resilience of our cloud environments and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust cloud security frameworks, supporting our mission to deliver a safe and reliable platform for our global customers.

This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with Microsoft Azure and modern DevSecOps practices in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain cloud security controls across our Azure-based infrastructure and applications.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, coordinating with operations and development teams for effective resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of security automation and monitoring tools to enhance threat detection and response.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Compliance teams to embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Assist in defining and enforcing identity and access management (IAM) policies and data protection measures.
  • Stay current with emerging cyber threats, cloud security trends, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Azure Cloud security tools and configurations.
  • Solid understanding of security, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.).
  • Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive attitude with good organizational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
