This is a hybrid role that can be located in any of our Verstela markets; Seattle, Portland, Denver, Phoenix, Dallas, San Antonio, Chicago, Indianapolis, Nashville or Memphis.
Are you driven by the challenge of closing deals and expanding business opportunities at the enterprise level? We're seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in sales and gross profit for our company. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in winning new business, opening new enterprise level accounts, and partnering with branch operations to help onboard and expand customer relationships.
You will:
- Prospect and Identify Opportunities: Scout for new enterprise & strategic sales opportunities and identify key prospects within our target market.
- Execute Sales Process: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including needs assessment, proposal presentations, and negotiation.
- Client Relationship Management: Partner with branch operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and identify opportunities for expanding customer relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Engage in team selling with branch-based sellers and collaborate with other sales team members and leaders for market intel and lead generation.
Essential Functions:
- Prospecting: Conduct proactive sales activities, including cold-calling and responding to sales requests.
- Selling Activity: Execute the company's selling process, attend meetings, and utilize CRM tools for documentation and pipeline management.
- Revenue Retention and Growth: Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and identify opportunities for revenue growth with existing customers.
You Have:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers up to C-level executives.
- Exceptional presentation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Up to 15% travel required to attend key proposal/RFP meetings or events to win new business.
Compensation
Base salary $90-120k with bonus potential.
