What You’ll Do

• Sterilize, organize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment

• Prepare and restock operatories for patient care

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sterilization and lab areas

• Follow all OSHA and infection control standards

• Assist the clinical team with lab-related tasks such as model pouring, trimming, and case tracking

• Support the team by anticipating needs and ensuring smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental sterilization or dental assisting experience preferred (we’re happy to train the right person!)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Dependable, positive, and eager to help
