Position Details

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Support residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all safety and infection control standards.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient well-being.
Requirements
- Current Ohio STNA (CNA) License (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting (required)
