The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality, therapeutic intervention services to school-aged students who are presenting with social/emotional concerns. The ERMHS Clinician is responsible for providing Educationally-Related Mental Health Services in the charter school setting in the Julian area. The ERMHS Clinician will provide services in a manner that is sound and consistent with the laws and ethics of the profession, while adhering to the specific policies and protocols of each school. The ERMHS therapist will evaluate students and will develop and monitor individualized goals and plans according to treatment plan and IEP’s Pay range varies on experience level. Position would begin after winter break- January 2026 SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Complete treatment notes and progress reports in a timely manner according to school policy and company billing policies. Manage a detailed log of service provided and services missed due to student or therapist absences. Provide Educationally Related Mental Health Services to children, adolescents, and families in the school setting Develop Individualized Education Plan goals related to socio-emotional and behavioral functioning Provide assessment, progress and exit reports in a timely manner (5 days prior to a scheduled IEP meeting) Document all consultation, treatment sessions, & relevant communication on a daily basis, as well as provide appropriate documentation to interdisciplinary team when needed Continuously evaluate client needs, consult with colleagues, and keep treatment plan up to date in order to help each client reach his or her potential Maintain client files and treatment logs in a manner that is sound and consistent with CA state guidelines Communicate with Supervisors/Directors regarding any changes in status, problems, or intent to change any aspect of services already in place; and, to discuss same with Directors prior to discussing with client’s f

As one of our ERMHS Counselors, you will be responsible for • Providing educationally related mental health services to children, adolescents, and families in a school setting. • Creating assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries. • Collaborating with IEP team members including teachers, school personnel, related service providers and parents/guardians. • Monitoring progress using observation, data collection and assessment pre/post treatment. • Communicating with the supervisor regarding any updates or concerns regarding students and/or schools. Also: • Your full-time schedule will be 32 hours/week. • Your assignment may include additional pay for specific schools, regions, etc. • You will have a choice of schools within a reasonable mile radius of your home. • You may have the opportunity to work remotely (in certain circumstances). • Your student caseload will be flexible over the course of the school year. • Your expenses will be reimbursed, including mileage. • Your benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision options. Other requirements: • Current California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC license through the BBS; or must be a Registered Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) through the BBS • Master’s Degree in a mental health field (Master of Social Work (MSW), a Master of Psychology (MA or MS), or a Master of Counseling (MC or MEd) • Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations (TB) valid within the last year. • Valid CPR/First Aid/AED infant/child/adult certification for clinic-based positions. • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Virtual providers are exempt from this requirement. • Ability to travel to school sites and/or clinic for in-person providers. Virtual providers are exempt from this requirement. • Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory

$37.50-$62.50 per hour
