Flex Security Officer – Andover, MA

Schedule: Flexible – All Shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights/Weekends & Holidays as needed)

Pay: $25 per hour 

Securitas is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Flex Security Officer to support our client, a global pharmaceutical leader, at their Andover location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their schedule, and takes pride in contributing to a critical and innovative industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide security presence and patrols throughout the facility
• Support multiple shifts based on business needs – fill in for vacations, call-outs, and special assignments
• Monitor access control and ensure proper verification of employees, contractors, and visitors
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer service, and situational awareness
• Enforce company and site-specific policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Valid Driver's license 
• Excellent computer knowledge 
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
