Responsibilities include but are not limited to:As a Senior Management Analyst, you will help guide the organization through complex operational challenges by applying your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and management consulting.Conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadershipAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend performance enhancement strategiesFacilitate interdepartmental communication and serve as a liaison among teams and leadershipSupport the development of policies and procedures to drive mission successMonitor project execution and support change management initiativesAs part of the Program Management Office, leads administrative and analytical support functions.Supervising the entire CDRL management process, ensuring quality and compliance.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field OR High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree9+ years of relevant experience in management analysis or operational consultingDemonstrated experience conducting strategic assessments and organizational evaluationsExperience supporting military or defense-related organizationsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplineExperience with DoW or military operationsFamiliarity with performance management frameworks and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard)Prior experience in program evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, or policy developmentExtensive experience managing complex CDRL schedules and requirements for a major programClearance Requirements:Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityPhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
