About the role
As a Clinical Therapist, you’ll provide therapy services that foster healing and long-term recovery. You’ll guide clients through intake, treatment planning, crisis support, and ongoing therapy, ensuring every step aligns with our values of compassion and quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy aligned with ethical and clinical standards.
- Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and crisis interventions.
- Collaborate with clients and their supports to develop effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per AZBBHE and agency standards.
- Coordinate care across providers and systems to ensure continuity of services.
- Participate in required clinical supervision and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
- Active Arizona license (LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD, LASAC, LISAC) or working toward licensure.
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-based, client-centered environment.
