The Strategic Pricing & Systems Analyst III plays a critical role in shaping pricing strategies and solutions offerings for ASP and CSG products. This position drives alignment across cross-functional teams, enhances customer adoption through innovative solutions, and ensures governance and compliance in all pricing and process initiatives.This position is only open to applicants within the Aftermarket Organization.

What You Drive at DTNA
Centralized Repository Management: Develop and maintain a centralized repository of sales system processes and customer journeys to improve training and operational efficiency.
Solutions Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable pricing strategies for volume, bundled, and promotional solutions to support customer adoption.
Strategic Pricing Leadership: Act as the pricing lead for ASP and CSG products presented at the Pricing Committee, ensuring alignment with truck and aftermarket teams.
Pricing Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and refine pricing strategies to align with strategic goals and maximize adoption.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain agreements and business processes related to solutions offerings (e.g., FMV White Paper) and enforce governance standards.
Project-Based Responsibilities
Align pricing strategies with customer value, competitive benchmarks, and margin objectives.
Develop scalable pricing models for direct and digital sales channels.
Conduct Fair Market Value (FMV) analysis and create new market pricing strategies for service products.
Drive pricing proposals through leadership and financial approval committees.
Collaborate closely with Controlling and Sales teams.
Define and manage discount thresholds, guardrails, and approval workflows to maintain commercial discipline.
Ensure audit readiness and respond to internal and external audit requests.

Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, solutions development, or related roles.
Advanced analytical skills with expertise in pricing models and market analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience with governance and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with DTNA products and roadmaps.
Hands-on experience with pricing and configuration systems (CPQ, ERP, OWL/PRISM) and digital commerce platforms.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
