LindenGrove Waukesha, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Nurse Supervisor for our CBRF. We offer assisted living, memory support, advanced assisted living, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our beautiful campus is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood close to Waukesha Memorial Hospital and adjacent to Waukesha North High School. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within. 

• Full-time, Day Shift
• On Call Rotation
• Salaried with Benefits
• $87k-110k, dependent upon experience
• RN license required

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON with supervising care and management and clinical staff
• Assist in planning, organizing and directing nursing service to meet the nursing needs of our residents while maintaining quality and following process and procedures.
• Work and fill in as a floor nurse to ensure proper staffing when needed.
• Assist with planning and participating in in-service training and orientation programs.
• Ensure that all resident care plans are being followed at all times.
• Ensure that all resident move-in procedures are being completed as scheduled.
• Ensure that all resident change-outs are being completed as scheduled.
• Ensure that all resident on-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled.
• Ensure that all resident off-boarding procedures are being completed as scheduled.
• Ensure that all residents’ needs are being met at the unit as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active WI Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Previous leadership experience (formally or informally) preferred.
• Knowledge of MDS and Medicare a plus.
