Grand 35, a Lifespark Independent Living Community and Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team!
Shifts: Full-Time Opening M-F, On Call required
Wage: $27-32/Hourly

- Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
- Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
- Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
- Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
- Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
- Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in health care is preferred.
