• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to push, pull and life a moderate amount of weight
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Previous Rooms Division experience in a managerial role preferred
• Able to efficiently and effectively handle stressful situations and guest concerns/complaints
• Front Office experience extremely helpful
• Work authorization for this location is required
