MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners by securing complex systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting cyber defense operations. Your work will directly contribute to safeguarding key infrastructure and enhancing national security through effective cybersecurity practices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Planning, implementing, upgrading, and monitoring security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.Ensuring appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure and respond to computer security breaches.Lead the creation, update, and maintenance of required Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation for system accreditationDocument and update security controls, network diagrams, and technical artifacts to support compliance effortsConduct vulnerability scans and maintain system baselines and configuration management for multiple networksEnsure functional, secure, and compliant system deployments in coordination with multiple stakeholdersDeveloping and tuning detection rules in the SIEM.Mentoring junior analysts and contributes to the continuous improvement of SOC processes and procedures.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field OR High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree9+ years of experience in Information Systems SecurityProven success meeting rigorous security requirements in complex enterprise environmentsProficiency in documenting and managing complex networks, including compliance and configuration standardsPreferred Qualifications:Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Advanced certifications in cyber defense or penetration testing (e.g., GCIA, GPEN).Familiarity with leading cyber risk and compliance automation tools used by the SponsorDemonstrated leadership ability with strong interpersonal skills to drive team alignment and communicationExperience supporting DoW or IC cyber operations environmentsClearance Requirements:Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.Physical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
