MRCs Stevenson Oaks is located in Fort Worth with 172 independent living apartments, 40 assisted living units and 24 memory support suites offering an array of services such as dining, housekeeping, transportation, life enriching activities, home maintenance and more. We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to support staff in technical problems in the operation of software, hardware, operating systems, and email. 

Job responsibilities include: 

  • Assist Director of IT in performing system monitoring
  • Add, remove, or update user account information 
  • Analyze and identify potential issues with client computers
  • Perform or oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software for client computers 
  • Provide Help Desk support by interacting with internal clients on all levels to resolve IT issues

Qualifications


  • Certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience. A+ certification desirable.
  • Three years of experience in a support capacity in a user-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software.
  • Familiarity with fundamental principles of computer maintenance and systems.
  • Skilled in teaching, motivating, and supporting users of varying proficiency.
  • Ability to analyze user issues, problems, and systems applications.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, and tactfully.
  • Maturity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
