Turkey Breeder Internship - Summer 2026 at Cooper Farms

We have divisions in Mercer, Van Wert and Paulding Counties in Ohio and are looking for an Turkey Breeder Intern to join our team for the Summer of 2026.

LOCATION: Oakwood, OH (45873)

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday

STARTING RATE: From $17.50

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job Functions: 

• Experience/Exposure to the Poultry industry
• Focus on developing and maintaining projects that deal with Turkey Production, Animal Welfare and Bio-Security
• Present findings/solutions to our leadership team at the end of the summer
