THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

THE PARTS SPECIALIST WILL:
- Handle incoming customer calls for parts for COE and SESCO machines.
- Handle customer complaints and disputes and communicate with Sales Department.
- Prepare quotes for parts using standard costs, reference BOM’s and cost estimating.
- Prepare accurate quotes to include all necessary parts, shop labor, and field labor using standard costs, reference BOM’s, and cost estimating.
- Support to customers with technical information, machine manuals and documentation.
- Take customer calls, screen and send to appropriate support contact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (fluent level) in Spanish and English Required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent background in industrial coil handling equipment is preferred
- Detail and results oriented
- Prior Parts Sales Experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment is required
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
