What you'll do:

The Repair Technician is responsible for Repairing and functional testing of customer devices.

This is an in-person, full-time role at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility.

Office Address: 1400 Cherrington Pkwy, Coraopolis, PA 15108

Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-8am-2:30pm-4:30pm

As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Reference Tech Support and customer notes to trouble shoot defective devices and determine root cause of problem

  • Based upon the trouble shooting analyzes, repair customer devices to be fully operational

  • Communicate with Tech Support to fully understand the nature of the performance problem to ensure proper repair

  • Enter repair and troubleshooting notes in D-365 and SalesForce

  • Perform various other tasks as assigned

  • Monitor and adjust Repair processes or equipment for quality and productivity

  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications

  • The ability to follow work instructions and work independently

  • Test devices to confirm operational performance and trouble shoot rejected items

  • Record Replaced Parts in Device Record Management system

  • Keep the Repair area clean and to 5s and lean standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a technical field, or 2-4 years repair experience

  • Hardware/software repair and troubleshooting experience

What you'll bring:

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

  • Teaming skills

  • Basic computer hardware understanding in order to repair devices to the component level

  • Understanding and familiarity with Salesforce

  • Good soldering skills

  • Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions

  • Detail oriented

Work Environment:

  • Light manufacturing environment

  • Moderate noise level
