Test-Repair Tech I at CE Systems (independent subsidiary of HME)

We are currently recruiting for a Test-Repair Tech I.

What you will do in the position:

• Repair and Process Repair/Exchange Orders
  
  • Repairs and processes repair/exchange orders for all assigned product using detailed instructions as appropriate.
  • Determines equipment failure and compare findings with customer complaint. If necessary, prepare an estimate and route repair order for customer approval.
  • Completes repair on the equipment, including component level troubleshooting, rework modification/updates or realignment as needed to return it to factory specifications.
  • Completes repair order paperwork and processes all repairs per company policy in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provides self-QC on items repaired to ensure high quality products and services.
  • Processes all priority repairs and exchanges as directed to ensure timely shipment.
  • Maintains assigned test equipment and keep working area in a clean and safe condition.

The posted pay range, $17.00 to $22.70 per hour, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors.
