We are seeking a senior leader with industry experience in hospitality/real estate to join our Board of Directors. This part-time, high-impact position will support the company's strategic development.
Responsibilities Include
- Participate in board meetings, with additional committee and advisory engagements as needed.
- Advising on go-to-market and partnership strategies.
- Foster an environment of strategic challenge, CEO mentorship, and collaborative decision-making.
- Guide the company's long-term strategy on asset acquisitions, market growth, and impact measurement.
- Leverage networks to support executive recruitment, enterprise client development, capital, and more.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within real estate management or multi-unit operations
- Functional experience including operating in a multi-facility, multi-stage setting, with preference on facility expansion in new states.
- Background in advising or investing in early-stage companies focused on growth.
- Prior Board of Director role in a for-profit or non-profit organization is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Board of Directors receive compensation aligned with the company’s long-term success. Directors may also participate in future fundraising rounds.
